We propose the ‘Xpense-Tracker’ android mobile application as the proposed solution which has been tailored with the prime intention of assisting students with management of their finances. This solution will be equipped with features that cater to the financial needs of students. These needs range from tracking of daily expenses, checking of part time income, as well as visual analytics for the monitoring of expenditures. By aiming to deliver a centralised and intuitive smart android application, ‘Xpense-Tracker’ aspires to empower students for making confident financial decisions while maintaining a healthy academic lifestyle. This solution is a practical tool for the management of money by taking income and expenses of individuals into account.
